Your questions, our answers

  • How to upgrade my server?
    We offer a variety of upgrades for dedicated servers. Contact our Customer Support Team to find the components you need and their prices. Usually, upgrades are done within 24 hours of payment. In order to upgrade your server, we need to shut it down for 10-15 minutes.
  • The server is down or unavailable. What should I do?
    You need to open a ticket and specify in it as many details as possible. The easiest way to do this is to use the "Related Service" field when creating a ticket. Specifying the main IP address of the service or a description of the error will save your time, allowing the technical team to immediately localize the problem and begin to solve it.
  • My server is unavailable, how to reboot the server?
    Server unavailability can be caused by two main groups of reasons:

    The server is down for non-payment - check if you have the unpaid bills and pay them.
    The server is unavailable due to technical reasons - describe the situation in detail via our ticketing system.
    To speed up the identification of problems, we ask you to specify the primary IP address of your server (or choose this server on the page of creating ticket (field “Related Service”)) Also please specify in your ticket some of the details:

    Text or screenshot of the error (please insert text or attach a screenshot).
    Results of server connection tests - ping and traceroute (for Windows, Mac OS, Linux, FreeBSD).
    Have you made any changes recently to the server (changed server settings, installed new software, loaded add-ons)?
    For the equipment hosted on our sites is available quick management module that allows you to check the status of the server and reboot it directly from the list of services.
  • How fast do you give out servers?
    The most popular configurations are available immediately, the setup takes no more than 20 minutes. The rest of the configurations on the list are issued within 24 hours. Upgrades can take up to 48 hours, depending on hardware availability. Individual server configurations may take some time to ship and set up. Check with our Customer Service Department for details.
