How to reinstall OS on your VPS from template?

To reinstall the OS, go to your personal account and go to C&C → VirtualServers in the menu. The list of VPS servers belonging to you will be opened.

Then click on the “Wrench” button in front of the required server.

The management mode of the selected VPS server will be opened.

Next, go to the control panel of the server by clicking on the “Control Panel” button.

In the opened VPS ControlPanel window you will have access to technical information about your server and various management tools.

System reinstallation on the server is possible either using the original ISO image of the required operating system or using one of the ready-made templates.

Using a ready-made template is the preferred option, as all templates contain the minimum required set of programs necessary to get started. Also, all used templates are tested and optimized to work on our hosting.

That's why further we will consider the option of reinstalling the system using the prepared template of the operating system.

To initialize the reinstallation of the system, you need to click on the “Reinstall” button located in the “Controls” section of the “General” tab in the VPS ControlPanel.

A new window will display a list of available templates for installation

Select the system you would like to install on your server and then click on the “Reinstall” button at the bottom of the page.

Confirm the reinstallation in the window that opens.

The reinstallation process will start and the screen will show the time required for completion.

You will also be given a new password to access the server. Keep it for yourself so that you can access the server after the reinstallation.

After the specified time your server will be ready for use with the new operating system pre-installed.
