My service is not activated or in pending status. What to do?
There are three possible reasons why your service is not activated yet:
1. You either have not paid for your order yet.
2. You have not verified your email.Â
3. You are passing our KYC procedure, which usually takes some time if we have certain suspicions regarding your newest registration.Â
