Fedora Linux 39 release

A new version of Fedora Linux – Fedora Linux 39, was released on November the 7th 2023, including Server and Workstation builds.
The release includes a range of new features:
- GNOME 45 desktop, which in turn has a bunch of new features;
- Colored design of Bash command line interpreter;
- Numerous package version updates;
- Default-fonts meta packages facilitating the installation and updating of fonts;
- Existing connection profiles in the ifcfg format are now automatically translated into keyfile-based format in NetworkManager;
- sysctl vm.max_map_count default value increased from 65530 to 1048576 for better compatibility with Windows games;
- Zstd is now the default algorithm for data compression in createrepo_c;
- xorg-x11 packages are no longer shipped in Sericea and Swaly Spin editions;
- Automatic system updates in Fedora Kinoite;
- A more secure unified core rpm-ostree mode is now used for building Fedora Silverblue and Fedora Kinoite editions;
- Passkeys enabled for users controlled through Active Directory, FreeIPA, or LDAP;
- ESP (EFI System Partition) maximum size increased from 200 to 500 GB;
- QGnomePlatform and Adwaita-qt design themes are no longer available;
- Packages with the Aspell spelling checker are now considered obsolete in favor of hunspell and enchant2;
- pam_console packages deleted;
- fedora-repos-modular packages deleted from the basic installation.
