MediaTek and NVIDIA have reportedly about a united effort to develop a new processor with the support of artificial intelligence. The new project is expected to be competitive with Apple's M4. The ARM processor for PCs is expected to be finalized by the end of this year. This project can have a considerable influence on the market thanks to the collaboration between NVIDIA and MediaTek.
Details of the new project are likely to be announced on June 2 at COMPUTEX 2. The processor is going to be produced on the basis of TSMC's 3-nanometer process technology. On the current schedule, development will be finalized in the third quarter of the current year, product testing will begin in the fourth quarter, and full production will be launched at the beginning of 2025.
