Crucial, one of the world's leading memory manufacturers, has announced the launch of its latest 64GB DDR5-5600 modules in Japan. This step marks an important milestone in the development of RAM technology and opens up new horizons for users who need maximum performance.
Technological Breakthrough
64GB per module is a significant step forward compared to previous generations of memory. This capacity allows you to run resource-intensive applications, work with large amounts of data, and enjoy smooth multitasking. The DDR5-5600 standard also provides high bandwidth, which has a positive effect on system performance as a whole.
Availability and Pricing
The new 64GB Crucial Pro DDR5-5600 modules are now available in major electronics stores in Japan.
The DDR5-5600 dual 64GB modules are available in two different formats, UDIMM and SO-DIMM. In Japan, the UDIMM kit costs about $330 and offers compatibility with 14th Generation Intel Core Ultra and AMD Ryzen 8000 (and later) processors.
Crucial also offers a set of two DDR5-6000 cards with a capacity of 32 GB each. They cost $216. A set of DDR5-6400 cards costs $222 for each model.
Development Prospects
The launch of 64GB DDR5 modules is just the beginning. Crucial and other manufacturers are expected to introduce even higher capacity and faster modules in the near future, opening up new possibilities for users and software developers.
